Let us know your situation:

  • To get your Arrival instructions:

    • Just click the link sent by your host and first enter your reservation dates.

    • If prompted, complete the online check-in form to view your arrival instructions.

    • If you've already completed the check-in form, your arrival instructions will appear at the time set by your host.

    If your reservation doesn't appear:

    • Double-check that the dates entered are correct. It may take up to an hour for your reservation to sync with the system.

  • If you have a charge from Happy Guest Travel on your credit card it's because you traveled to a Vacation Rental (like an Airbnb), and your host had you or another card holder in your family perform an online hotel-style check-in.

    You would have entered your name, agreed to house rules, signed a rental agreement, added your drivers licence, and then done a security deposit.

    Typically, if you have a posted charge that is because you opted to purchase a "damage waiver" instead of doing an authorization hold on your credit card.

  • If you have cancelled your reservation and need a refund, please ask the host of your vacation rental to contact Happy Guest Support and provide the reservation cancellation, and we'll refund you with their permission right away :)
